Coming soon to the App Store

Every step counts.
Make them count together.

Stridu follows your daily steps, runs, and walks — live GPS route on a dark map, streaks that hold you to it, and a feed where the people you move with can see it.

The Stridu dashboard: a step ring against the daily goal, with calorie and distance cards and a weekly step chart.

What you get

A tracker that keeps up with the whole day

Steps in the background, activities on demand, and the motivation layer that makes tomorrow's walk happen too.

Steps, distance, calories

Your day at a glance — the step ring against your goal, distance and calories beside it, and a weekly chart that shows the trend.

Live GPS activities

Start a run, walk, or ride and watch the route draw itself on a dark map. Distance, pace, and duration update as you move.

Streaks & achievements

A streak you don't want to break, and badges that only show up when you've actually earned them.

Feed, challenges, leaderboards

Post an activity, cheer someone on, join a challenge, and see where you land on the leaderboard this week.

AI coach in the app

Ask how the day went, what to aim for next, or what to do when you feel wiped out — the coach answers in a normal chat.

Apple Health integration

Steps and workouts stay in step with Apple Health, so the rest of your health picture stays whole.

Inside the app

Dark by design, readable at a glance

One deliberate dark theme, neon accents where the numbers matter, and type that stays legible mid-run.

Local-first

Built to work when the signal doesn't

Stridu stores your records on the device first. The subway, a basement gym, a trail with one bar of signal — the app keeps counting and settles up with the server later.

  1. 1

    Sign in once

An account is required for first use, so your history can follow you to a new phone.

  2. 2

    Records live on your device

After sign-in, steps and activities are written to a local database — no connection needed to keep tracking.

  3. 3

    Sync when you're back

Anything logged offline is queued and synced as soon as a connection is available.

  4. 4

    Crash-safe tracking

If the app is interrupted mid-activity, the session is recovered instead of lost.

Privacy

Your health data isn't the product

Stridu carries no advertising SDK. Health, fitness, and location data is never sold, never used for cross-app tracking, and never mined for anything outside the app's own features.

  • Location only during tracking. Your position is collected while an activity you started is running — not in between.
  • Export whenever you want. The Profile screen exports your on-device and synced account data as a versioned JSON file.
  • Delete from inside the app. Re-authenticate, confirm, and the account and its cloud data are deleted — you choose separately what happens to on-device history.
  • Hosted in the EU. Sync data lives in Microsoft Azure, North Europe, under GDPR and Turkey's KVKK.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

When is Stridu available?

Stridu is in final release preparation for the App Store. This page links straight to the store listing on launch day.

Which devices does it support?

iPhone running iOS 15.0 or later. Android isn't part of the current release.

Do I need an account?

Yes — an account is required for first use, which is how your history survives a lost or replaced phone. After you sign in, the app works offline and syncs when a connection is available.

Does Stridu track my location in the background all day?

No. Location is collected only while an activity you started is being tracked, and it's used to draw your route and calculate distance and pace.

Does it work with Apple Health?

Yes. With your permission, Stridu integrates with Apple Health so steps and workouts stay consistent with the rest of your health data.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Profile, choose to delete your account, re-authenticate, and confirm. Cloud data is deleted; you're asked separately whether to keep or erase the activity history stored on your device. Details are on the support page.

Ready when you are

Stridu launches on the App Store shortly. Until then, the privacy policy, terms, and support details are all here — nothing hidden behind a signup.
